After a hiatus of a few years, we celebrated our Parish Picnic together in Triad Park in Kernersville, grateful for the recent signing of contracts to build our new church! It was a beautiful day, and a lovely park, and it was a joy to gather together and relax and enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs and a lovely meal. The pavilion where we gathered was near the Carolina Field of Honor, which honors the service and sacrifices made by veterans of the Triad and their families.
